French Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (4 oz.) can coconut

DIRECTIONS:

Mix sugar into the well beaten eggs. Blend in butter, add vanilla and vinegar. Pour into an unbaked shell and sprinkle the coconut on top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until coconut is golden brown.
